- Unknown We are looking for a GO-GETTER and SELF-MOTIVATED Marketing Liaison who is can bring their senior healthcare experience to The Paramount!! Candidate would continue to build ties to the community, enhance relationships with hospitals, senior living facilities, local senior centers, home care agencies, and physician's offices.
This field-based position requires a proactive, polished, upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.
Marketing Liaison Qualifications and Responsiblities:
Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility or sales background in a healthcare capacityExperience with the understanding of insurances and sub-acute guidelinesAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians and other members of the healthcare professional communityAssist Director of Admission & Marketing with special events that serve community relations - some evenings and weekend requiredAttend networking events as assignedDemonstration of stellar communication (written and verbal), negotiation, event planning and public relations skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyWork with Director of Admission & Marketing to develop marketing outreach plans to promote new patients and new projectsPrepare Daily End of Day ReportProvide inhouse facility coverage on occassion as needed Excellent organizational, time managment and critical thinking skillsPolished and professional appearance Ability to multi-task and prioritize referrals, phone calls, emails, and marketing tasksHigh School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing is a huge plus!Proficient in technology including Microsoft programsMedical Terminology a PLUSWeekend remote on-call rotation coverage requiredValid Driver's License and reliable transporation (mileage paid)Adhere to all facility policiesPerform other duties as assignedAn Equal Opportunity Employer Come join our team TODAY!!
