Prepare & record G&A related standard journal entries prior to period close
Prepare APCCM/Cash reconciliations on a periodic (monthly) basis for 10 entities
Publish and distribute the GRIR (Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt) & Parked/Block Reports to key PepsiCo North America process owners
Prepare financial reporting package and its related schedules for PepsiCo North America and PepsiCo Americas Beverages in HFM
Assist with Balance Sheet review preparation
Assisted in the process narrative documentation to comply with PepsiCo's Global Control Standards.
Work closely with PFSS to resolve any outstanding issues
Work closely with KPMG and different segments to submit documentations for KMPG audit requests during year - end
Deliver an accurate submission of the financial statements ensuring deadlines for Period & Quarter closes
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree - Accounting
Solid understanding of supporting systems (SAP preferred).
Strong Excel skills
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to redirect processes as needed
