This role reports to the Supply Chain Accounting Operations Assoc. Manager of Raw Materials and is primarily responsible for the forecast, period close and analysis of the PBC US Bottling HQ Raw Material & COGS variance P&L.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
Manage period, quarter and annual closing of the financial statements ensuring COGS and Inventory are accurately reported
Manage PBC US Bottling HQ Raw Material & COGS Forecasting and Analysis
Prepare period close Supply Chain Flash for PBC Bottling COGS and consolidate Concentrate and Co-Pack P&Ls
Manage Raw Material projects' controls and reporting
Facilitate periodic and quarterly Inventory reporting
Maintain Balance Sheet analysis of Raw Material Supplier Rebate Accruals
Supply Chain liaison between Financial Operations and Global Procurement
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of prior experience with a Degree in Accounting
Proficient in Excel, Word, Oracle and Business Objects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong team player
